20 for 20 Alumni profiles - Serge Afanou

Our 20 for 20 Alumni video series dedicated to the 20th Anniversary of the University of Luxembourg continues with Serge Afanou, Attaché de Presse at the Maison du Grand-Duc.

While doing his Master's in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Serge also worked as a communication and marketing advisor at the House of Startups Luxembourg. "The University of Luxembourg is a leading institution here in Luxembourg that drives research as well as entrepreneurial education and fosters culture of innovation for their students." he shares. "My studies prepared me in a way which was a right mix between the theory and practice: we gained knowledge in creating business model and understanding of the innovation as a whole but we also had an opportunity to be active in the ecosystem and get to know the key players in Luxembourg."
